Disposal of Kalixa Group Completes
Further to GVC's announcement on 19 December 2016, the Company confirms the sale of its payment processing business operating under the Kalixa brand (the "Kalixa Group") completed on 31 May 2017. The total consideration of 29.0 million paid by the acquirer, Senj Group Pte. Ltd, has been paid in cash, subject to a completion accounts adjustment. As previously disclosed, the sale will have a neutral effect on the GVC's EBITDA and the Kalixa Group continues to provide payment processing services to GVC post-completion under an existing contract.
