Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") Result
 
Further to GVC's announcement on 10 January 2020, the Company held the EGM in Gibraltar today to consider the proposal to relocate the Company's place of management and control and consequently its tax residence to the United Kingdom, and the adoption of new articles of association of the Company to facilitate this relocation.  The special resolution dealing with this proposal as set out in the Company's notice of EGM dated 10 January 2020, was approved.
