Pursuant to listing rule 9.6.11 (1), Ladbrokes Group Finance plc ("Ladbrokes") confirms that Rob Wood has been appointed a director of Ladbrokes with immediate effect.  Rob is already a director of GVC Holdings PLC, the parent company of Ladbrokes.  There are no other disclosures to be made under LR 9.6.13.
 
Pursuant to listing rule 9.6.11 (2), the Company confirms that Paul Bowtell has stepped down from his role as a director of Ladbrokes with immediate effect.  Paul stepped down from his position as a director of GVC Holdings PLC on 5 March 2019.
