    ** ENTG expects Q1 sales between $775 mln and $805 mln, the
midpoint of which is below analysts' average estimate of $796.3
mln
    ** Co says Q1 adj. profit of $0.64 to $0.71 per share vs.
analysts' average estimate of $0.74 per share
    ** Co reports Q4 adj. profit of $0.84 share, below analysts'
average estimate of $0.78 per share
    ** Shares fell ~17.33% in 2024
