Aug 25 (Reuters) - ** Shares of Entero Healthcare Solutions ENTE.NS rise 9% to a record high of 1,667 Indian rupees ($17.47)
** Investor Prashant Jain-owned 3P Investment Managers acquires 2.5% stake in the healthcare products distribution co via block deals
** 3P buys 1.1 mln shares at 1,377.8 rupees apiece
** More than 2.1 mln shares traded, over 11x the 30-day avg
** As of last close, stock up 60% YTD
