 * Announces private placement of subordinated notes 
 * Says issued $15.0 million in aggregate principal amount of fixed-to-floating 
   rate subordinated notes due 2030 
 * Says the notes pay interest at a fixed rate of 6.00% per annum through 
   January 30, 2025 
 * Says plan on using portion of proceeds to pay off in March 2015 co's $10.5 
   million in trust preferred securities
