April 6 (Reuters) - Enterprise Development Holdings Ltd  1808.HK : 
 * Company entered into the placing agreement with the placing agent 
 * Says gross proceeds and net proceeds from the placing will be approximately hk$39.7 million and hk$37.7 million respectively 
 * Proceeds will be used for general working capital of group, for funding investment opportunities from time to time 
 * Placing of 696.5 million placing shares at the placing price of hk$0.057 per placing share
