Entravision rises on buying remaining interest in Cisneros

** Media and marketing technology company Entravision
Communications Corp's  EVC.N  shares up 9% at $7.6 in early
trading
    ** Co acquires the remaining 49% interest in Cisneros
Interactive, it said on Tuesday; it now owns 100% of the digital

    ** With full ownership of Cisneros, along with EVC's most
recent acquisition of MediaDonuts, which added digital
capabilities in seven countries in Asia, digital now comprises
73% of consolidated revenue as of the quarter ended June 30
    ** Digital segment revenue improved over 1,000%
year-over-year to total $130.2 mln for the second quarter 2021 -
