** Shares of Exopharm Ltd  EX1.AX  climb as much as 26.7% to
A$0.019, their highest since Feb 13
    ** The biotechnology co says it plans to raise A$1.57 mln
($1.04 mln) before costs in aggregate
    ** Says it has already raised total of around A$0.802 mln
before costs from subscriptions to a non-renounceable rights
issue
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since April 19
    ** Stock down 71.7% this year, as of last close
