** Shares of Exopharm Ltd  EX1.AX  rise as much as 18.1% to
A$0.685, marking their biggest intraday pct jump since Feb. 8 
    ** Biopharma co announces a non-binding heads of agreement
(HOA) with the Finnish Red Cross Blood Service (FRCBS)

commercially license EX1's LEAP technology, which provides a way
