    ** Company to receive patent for application involving its
lead drug candidate being developed as a treatment for anxiety
disorder
    ** The soon-to-be-issued patent contains claims pertaining
to the way in which a substance is used or the nature of the
components for a family of novel prodrug derivatives of psilocin
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock down ~27% YTD
