Brief: Envipco Holding announces sale of Sorepla subsidiary

Dec 30 (Reuters) - Envipco Holding SA  ENVI.BR : 
     
    * Announced on Tuesday the sale of its subsidiary Sorepla 
Technologie SA 
    * Said that in late 2013, the Envipco Board of Directors 
concluded that the Sorepla plastics recycling operations no 
longer fit with their long term strategic ambitions 
    * Sorepla is sold to ASG BV for the nominal sum of 1 euro 
    * ASG BV is affiliated with Alex Bouri, majority shareholder 
in Envipco Holding
