Oct 6 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

    ALSTOM  ALSO.PA :
    Alstom's shares closed 37.5% lower at 13.3 euros ($14.00) on
Thursday after the maker of France's iconic TGV trains slashed
its full-year free cash flow (FCF) target, wiping some 3 billion
euros ($3.16 billion) from Alstom's market value.
        
    DONTNOD ENTERTAINMENT  ALDNE.PA :
    French video game developer Dontnod appointed Agathe
Monneret as new Chief financial officer, the group said on
Thursday in a statement.
    
    ENVIPCO HOLDING  ENVI.AS :
    Netherlands-based holding company on Thursday said that
group CFO Derk Visser would be leaving the company my mutual
agreement and Theo Kamperman, who joined the company as interim
CFO, would continue to lead the finance function.
    
    EURONAV  EUAV.BR :
    Euronav shares jumped 17% on Thursday as its second
shareholder Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB) offered to acquire
Frontline's  FRO.OL  26.12% stake in the company for $18.43 per
share, which will be followed by a mandatory public offer at the
same price, the Belgian oil tanker and storage operator said on
Thursday.
