Aug 18 (Reuters) - Enviro-hub Holdings Ltd  EHHL.SI  
    * Entered into two sale and purchase agreements with Chew 
Ghim Bok 
    * Deal for consideration of s$24 million 
    * Intends to deploy proceeds from proposed disposal in 
partial repayment of its outstanding term loan of about s$30 
million 
    * Company expects to receive gross proceeds of s$23.54 
million from proposed disposal 
    * Co to dispose 2.4% and 9.6%  of its equity interest in 
Carros Project Management Pte
