amount in cash equal to S$342 mln 
    * Co, BS Capital & EH Property & Investments enter 
agreement with 
Everfit Sage for sale of 102.1 million shares of F2S1 
Investment 
    * Deal for sale of 102.1 million issued and fully paid 
ordinary 
shares in capital of F2S1 investment 
    * As a result of proposed settlement, group expects bank 
borrowings will be reduced by $300.8 million or 73% of group's 
bank borrowings
