Interim Dividend

 

Enwell Energy plc (AIM: ENW), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and
production group, is pleased to announce that a gross interim dividend of
£0.15 per ordinary share will be paid to shareholders on the register as at
the close of business on 2 June 2023.

 

The timetable for the payment of the interim dividend is as follows:

 

 Ex-Dividend Date:  1 June 2023

 Record Date:       2 June 2023

 Payment Date:      15 June 2023
