India's Epack Durable declines in debut trade

** Shares of Epack Durable  EPAC.NS  down 6.4% at 215.20
rupees in trading debut vs initial public offering (IPO) price
of 230 rupees 
    ** EPAC, an original design manufacturer (ODM) of room air
conditioners, debuts at 221 rupees 
    ** Stock falls to a low of 211.20 rupees before trimming
some losses 
    ** IPO had fresh issue of shares worth 4 billion rupees and
offer for sale of sales worth up to 2.40 billion rupees from
stakeholders 
    ** IPO oversubscribed 16.37x last week - exchange data 
    ** EPAC's profit rose 83% for year ended March 31, while
revenue from operations climbed 66.5%
