** Construction and infrastructure co's 5.04 bln rupees  ($56.85 mln) IPO subscribed 3.07x

** IPO comprised fresh issue of shares worth 3 bln rupees and offer for sale worth 2.04 bln rupees

** EPAK valued at 18.69 bln rupees as of 1:31 p.m. IST
