** Shares of IT consultancy firm EPAM Systems EPAM.N rise 4.6% to $168.27 premarket after it raises annual forecasts

** Co now expects FY25 adj EPS between $11.36 and $11.44, up from its prior range of $10.96 to $11.12; analysts on average expect $11.13, according to data compiled by LSEG

** EPAM expects FY25 revenue to grow 14.8% to 15.2%, up from previous forecast of 13.0% to 15.0%; analysts expect a 14.4% growth rate

** Co reports Q3 adj EPS of $3.08, topping estimates of $3.03

** EPAM reports Q3 revenue of $1.39 bln, above expectations of $1.38 bln

** Up to last close, stock had fallen ~31% YTD
