Wall Street futures were steady on Tuesday after the main U.S. indexes rallied
in the previous session, as markets awaited retail sales numbers and a bevy of
corporate earnings.  .N 
    
    At 7:31 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.02% at 40,505. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.13% at 5,690.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.21%
at 20,627.5.
