EPE Special Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that its annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12:00pm (Jersey time) on 7 September 2026 at Gaspe House, 66-72 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 2LH.
 
The Notice of the AGM, a Form of Proxy and a Form of Instruction have been sent to shareholders.

Interest Payment on Unsecured Loan Notes
 
The Company further announces that it has paid interest due to holders of unsecured loan notes of £0.0425 per note with a record date of 3 July 2026.
 
(As detailed in the Company's RNS announcement of 23 July 2026, interest has been paid on the unsecured loan which have been redeemed on 31 July 2026, pursuant to the special redemption option granted under the loan note instrument).
