Further to the announcement made by EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") on 18 November 2020, the Company announces that it is no longer intending to undertake purchases of ordinary shares of the Company.
 
799,480 ordinary shares have been purchased by the Company since the announcement made on 18 November 2020.
 
ESO will announce any future intention to purchase ordinary shares of the Company, as applicable, in due course.
