Extension of Unsecured Loan Notes

 

EPE Special Opportunities Ltd ("ESO") announces that:

 

i.      on or prior to 30 June 2023, ESO notified holders of its 7.5%
Unsecured Loan Notes due 2023 with ISIN GB00BF0XD821 (the "Notes") of its
intention to extend the final repayment date of the Notes to the ninth
anniversary of the date of the Loan Note Instrument dated 23 July 2015 and
amended on 20 July 2022 (the "Loan Note Instrument");

 

ii.     as at 23 July 2023, ESO was in compliance with the Loan Note
Instrument;

 

iii.    accordingly, pursuant to clause 5.1(b) of the Loan Note Instrument,
the final repayment date of the Notes has, with effect from yesterday, been
extended to the ninth anniversary of the date of the Loan Note Instrument,
being 23 July 2024; and

 

iv.    in accordance with clause 4.5 of the Loan Note Instrument, the
interest rate in respect of the Notes applicable to the period from (but not
including) 23 July 2023 until (and including) 23 July 2024 has, with effect
from yesterday, increased to 8.0 per cent per annum.

 

The Notes shall henceforth be referred to as ESO's outstanding 8.0% Unsecured
Loan Notes due 2024.
