Transaction in Own Shares

 

EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") announces that, on
21 July 2023, it purchased 3,500,000 of the Company's zero dividend preference
shares ("ZDP Shares") at a weighted average price of 105.00 pence per share.
The Purchase was affected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company on 19
July 2023, as announced on 19 July 2023.

 

The purchased ZDP Shares will be held by the Company in treasury.

 

The number of ZDP Shares held by the Company in treasury following the
transaction is 7,500,000 ZDP Shares and the number of ZDP Shares not held in
treasury is 12,500,000 ZDP Shares.

 

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury,
following the transaction and the figure to be used as the denominator for
calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 29,876,847
Ordinary Shares.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market
Abuse Regulation), the schedule below contains detailed information about the
purchases of ZDP Shares made by Liberum Capital Limited on behalf of the
Company.
