    Italy reported 26 coronavirus-related deaths on Sunday
against 31 the day before, the health ministry said. It reported

Futura' bond; ends on Nov. 12, subject to early closure.

    France's Vivendi is open to the possibility of installing
its CEO Arnaud de Puyfontaine as chairman of Telecom  in order
to discuss with Italy's government ways to relaunch the phone

    Private equity firm KKR is eyeing a further investment in
Telecom Italia's fixed-line network as Italy's main telecoms
group weighs options for its assets to appease top investor
Vivendi, three sources close to the matter said on

    TIM CEO Luigi Gubitosi visited London a few days ago to meet
with KKR managers on the network issue and also had talks with
UK fund CVC and Swedish fund EQT, La Stampa said on Saturday
citing US sources.
    Former CDP CEO Fabrizio Palermo has sounded out in recent
weeks Prime Minister Mario Draghi's Economic Adviser Francesco
Giavazzi about the future of TIM CEO Luigi Gubitosi and the
possibility of replacing him, Il Fatto Quotidiano reported on
Sunday.

    Nine-month net profit at the Italian bank almost tripled
from a year earlier after the acquisition of branches from rival
UBI boosted revenues and helped offset rising costs and higher

    Algeria is a strategic partner for Italy and Rome intends to
strengthen the strategic relationship, Italian President Sergio
Mattarella said on Saturday during a state visit to the North

    Italy's top court has rejected four appeals filed in 2020 by
