Nov 22 (Reuters) - Episil-Precision Inc  3016.TW  : 
    * Says it plans to issue 30 million new shares of the 
company to 
raise fund for bank loan repayment and equipment purchase  
    * 10 percent of the new shares will be offered to the 
company's 
employees, 10 percent will be offered via public offering 
remaining 80 percent will be offered to the existing 
shareholders 
    * Subscription record date is Dec. 16 
    * Last date before book closure is Dec. 11 
    * Book closure period is from Dec. 12 to Dec. 16 
    * Payment period is from Dec. 20 to Dec. 26
