Epsilon climbs on buyback plans, robust FY results

** Shares of Epsilon Energy Ltd  EPSN.O  rise 4% to $5.25
premarket
    ** Co says its net income per share for the year came in at
$1.51, compared with 49 cents reported a year earlier  
    ** Says it will repurchase 2.3 mln of its common shares for
not more than $15 mln; Number of buyback shares represent 10% of
the outstanding common shares of Epsilon
    ** Co's total rev. for the year jumped 64% to $70 mln  
    ** As of last close, stock was down 23.8% this year
