Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

Epwin Group Plc (AIM:EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Group") the leading manufacturer of energy efficient and low maintenance building products, with significant market shares, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, announced its audited full year results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on 9 April 2025.

Further to that announcement, Epwin confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts 2024, including the Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been published today. The document is available to view or download in pdf format on the Epwin website at www.epwin.co.uk/investors and printed copies have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive documents in hard copy.

2025 AGM arrangements

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on Friday 23 May 2025 at Friars Gate, 1011 Stratford Road, Solihull, B90 4BN.

If you wish to attend the AGM in person, please pre-register your intention to do so by emailing epwin@mhpgroup.com. Please state 'Epwin Group Plc: AGM' in the subject line of the email and include your full name and investor code (if available), by no later than 10.30am on 20 May 2025.
