Block listing application

 

Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN), the leading manufacturer of energy efficient and
low maintenance building products, with significant market shares, supplying
the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing
sectors announces an application has been made to AIM for a block listing of
1,800,000 new ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
to be admitted to trading on AIM.

These Ordinary Shares will be available to satisfy the future exercises of
options over Ordinary Shares under the Epwin Group plc SAYE option scheme.
These shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that admission will occur on 29
December 2023.
