Director/PDMR Shareholding
Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Company"), the leading
manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair,
Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, was
informed on 14 April 2022 that on the same day the spouse of Shaun Smith, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of
0.05 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 93.318 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Shaun Smith together with his spouse has a
beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.007 per cent of
the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
The notification set out below, made in accordance with the requirements of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
