Director/PDMR Shareholding
Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin", "the Company" or the "Group"), the
leading manufacturer of energy efficient and low maintenance building
products, with significant market shares, supplying the Repair, Maintenance
and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, was informed on
9 May 2023 that on the same day Chris Empson, Group Finance Director,
transferred 245,665 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife.
Following the transfer, the aggregate beneficial interest of Chris Empson and
his wife of 284,865 Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
