Epwin Group Plc (AIM:EPWN) ('Epwin or the 'Group') the leading manufacturer of
low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and
Improvement ('RMI'), new build and social housing sectors regrets to announce
that Mike O'Leary, a non-executive director, is retiring from the board with
immediate effect for health reasons. The Group appointed Shaun Smith as a
non-executive director with effect from 4 January 2022 and will seek to
appoint a further non-executive in the coming months.
Andrew Eastgate, Chairman of the Group, said:
"We are extremely sorry that health issues have forced Mike to step down. He
has made a terrific contribution to Epwin over the last seven years and we
will miss his wise counsel. We all wish him a full recovery."
