Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Group"), the leading manufacturer
of energy efficient and low maintenance building products, supplying the
Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing
sectors announces that in accordance with Epwin's plans to optimise the
balance of the Group Board, Shaun Hanrahan will step down from the Board with
effect from 30 June 2022. Shaun will continue to attend Board meetings in an
advisory capacity to provide his invaluable input and assistance to the Board,
and otherwise his management duties and responsibilities within the business
remain unchanged.
The Board continues its process to seek a suitable non-executive replacement
for Mike O'Leary following his recent retirement due to ill health and will
provide a further update in due course.
