Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN), the leading manufacturer of energy efficient and
low maintenance building products, with significant market shares, supplying
the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing
sectors announces that yesterday, 23 April 2024, the following awards over
ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") were granted
under the Epwin Long Term Incentive Plan to the following directors and
persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The awards have an exercise price of 0.05 pence per Share and will normally
become exercisable on 23 April 2027. Awards may become exercisable subject to
continued employment and satisfaction of an underpin condition assessed by
reference to the Company's performance and the overall shareholder experience
during the vesting period.
