** Shares of Canadian bank EQB EQB.TO fall 13% to C$88.45 in early trading

** After markets closed on Wednesday, EQB reported Q3 profit that missed analysts' estimates

** Co reported adjusted profit of C$2.07 per share for the three months ended July 31, missing analysts' average estimate of C$2.60 per share - data compiled by LSEG

** Net interest income fell to C$250 mln from C$271.4 mln in the year-ago period

** Including session moves, EQB down ~10.6% YTD
