Holdings in Company

 

EQTEC plc (AIM:EQT), a provider of syngas technology and engineering services
for clean conversion of waste into sustainable energy and biofuels, announces
that it has received a TR1 notification of major holdings from Rebel Ion
Limited as set out further below.

The Company also refers to its Corporate and Funding Update announcement dated
24 November 2025, which set out details of ongoing discussions regarding a
proposed transaction involving the Company, Rebel Ion Limited and the
Company's existing lenders. These discussions remain ongoing and the Company
will provide further updates as appropriate.
