UK's Equals Group gains after agreeing to $361 mln takeover

** Equals Group's  EQLS.L  shares jump as much as 13.3% to
136p
    ** Co, which develops and sells scalable payment platforms,
agrees to a 283 million pound  ($360.5 million) all-cash
takeover by a consortium including Embedded Finance Ltd and
TowerBrook Capital Partners
    ** The 140p-per-share offer represents a premium of 37% to
EQLS' closing price on Oct. 31, the last business day prior to
the start of the offer period
    ** Stock now up 12.5%, taking YTD gains to ~11%
