Equifax falls on annual forecast below expectations

** Credit reporting agency Equifax's  EFX.N  shares fall
6.8% to $251.9
    ** EFX expects FY25 adj EPS of $7.25-7.65, missing analysts'
expectations of $8.81, as per data compiled by LSEG 
    ** Sees FY25 rev of $5.89 bln-$6.01 bln, also below
analysts' estimates of $6.27 bln
    ** 2025 rev and earnings guidance came in materially below
our expectations and consensus, say analysts at Jefferies 
    ** "Management is now expecting another year of double-digit
declines in mortgage volumes, as well as high-single-digit
declines in gross hiring volumes"
    ** Co posts Q4 rev of $1.42 bln, slightly missing analysts'
estimates 1.44 bln 
    ** Reports Q4 adj EPS $2.12, up 17% from a year ago
    ** As of last close, stock up ~6.03%
