Proposed Equinix financing event
Telecity Group PLC ("TelecityGroup") notes that Equinix, Inc. ("Equinix") has issued a press release announcing several financing events and filed a Form 8-K/A and prospectus supplement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in support of launching certain of these financing events.
As required under US securities law, this information includes TelecityGroup's 9 month 2015 results as reported under IFRS (the "Q3 results") in addition to previously issued historical financial information. In addition it includes adjustments to align these results to US GAAP and the accounting policies used by Equinix.
