In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, TelecityGroup confirms that it has in issue 202,954,550 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each as of the date of this announcement. The ISIN for the shares is GB00B282YM11. 
TelecityGroup has a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") programme for which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas acts as the depositary bank.
