Equitrans Midstream gains as Supreme Court allows Mountain Valley Pipeline work

** Shares of U.S. energy firm Equitrans Midstream  ETRN.N 
rise 9.6% to $10.15
    ** U.S. Supreme Court granted a request to lift stays
imposed on Mountain Valley Pipeline by a lower court that had
halted construction of the 303-mile (488-km) natural gas
pipeline, which is primarily being built by ETRN
    ** The pipeline received authorization from the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission in June to restart construction
    ** Mountain Valley is owned by units of ETRN as well as
NextEra Energy  NEE.N , Consolidated Edison  ED.N , AltaGas
 ALA.TO  and RGC Resources  RGCO.O 
    ** Including session's gain, stock up 51.4% YTD
