Midstream Corp  ETRN.N  rise as much as 9.7% to $12.23 premarket
    ** Natural gas producer EQT Corp  EQT.N  to buy back its
former unit ETRN for $5.5 billion, the Wall Street Journal
reports
    ** Combined co expected to be valued at more than $35
billion, including debt
    ** EQT down 1.2% at $37.09
    ** Up to last close, ETRN stock up ~10.3% YTD
