    ** Starwood increases offer price for MNR to net

    ** Starwood and Equity Commonwealth  EQC.N  have been
locking horns to acquire Monmouth 
    ** Earlier this week, EQC increased the offer value so that
MNR shareholders could elect to receive $19 in cash, or 0.713
