    ** Co posts Q1 rev of $370 mln, marginally beating Street
expectations of $369.95 mln - Refinitiv IBES 
    ** Also expects Q2 and FY EPS between $0.32 and $0.38 and 
$1.64 and $1.74, respectively 
    ** Says normalized FFO for Q1 was $0.74/shr, up by 2.0% 
    ** Seven of 12 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher,
five "hold" ; their median PT is $78.00
    ** Including session's gains, stock up 3.09% YTD
