Brief: Resbud announces change in shareholding structure

Aug 18 (Reuters) - Resbud SA  RESP.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that DAMF Invest SA sold 5.0 million 
shares representing 12.63 pct stake in company on Aug. 16 and 
1,712,992 shares representing 4.32 pct stake in Resbud on Aug. 
17  
    * After transactions, DAMF Invest SA lowered its stake in 
Resbud to 5.62 pct from 22.57 pct   
    * On Aug. 9 DAMF Invest SA sold 11.4 million shares of 
Resbud lowering its stake in company to 22.57 pct from 51.37 pct
