Brief: Resbud announces change in shareholding structure

Aug 24 (Reuters) - Resbud SA  RESP.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that it received a notice from Atlantis SA 
 ATSP.WA  concerning transfer as a loan of 5,824,000 shares 
representing 14.71 pct stake in Resbud  
    * After the transfer of 14.71 pct stake on Aug. 22, Atlantis 
does not hold any shares of Resbud  
    * On Aug. 23, FON SA  FON.WA  sold 3.2 million shares 
representing 8.08 pct stake in Resbud  
    * After the transaction, Fon does not hold any shares of 
Resbud  
    * On Aug. 23, DAMF Invest SA, sold 2,124,656 shares 
representing 5.36 pct stake in Resbud and 100.548 shares at 0.28 
zloty per share representing 0.25 pct stake in Resbud  
    * After the transaction, DAMF Invest SA does not hold any 
shares of Resbud  
    * Atlantis SA and FON SA are units of DAMF Invest SA and 
DAMF Invest SA is unit affiliated to Damian Patrowicz and 
Mariusz Patrowicz  
    * Sloneczne Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. informed that following 
series of transactions its stake held in Resbud changed 
    * Prior to the transactions, on Aug.9 held 32.11 pct stake 
in Resbud  
    * After transactions, on Aug. 22, Sloneczne Inwestycje holds 
12.82 pct of the share capital of Resbud
