Brief: Resbud announces change in shareholding structure

Oct 20 (Reuters) - Resbud SA  RESP.WA : 
    * On Oct. 18, following registration of the company's 
capital increase, Sloneczne Inwestycje Sp.z o.o. acquired 
3,076,065 shares representing 7.06 pct of Resbud's share capital 
    * Subsequently, Oct. 18, Sloneczne Inwestycje bought 30,269 
shares (0.07 pct stake) of company  
    * On Oct. 17 Sloneczne Inwestycje held 6,055 shares 
representing 0.01 pct of Resbud's share capital and after 
transactions conducted on Oct. 18 held o 7.15 pct of Resbud's 
share capital  
    * On Oct. 19 Sloneczne Inwestycje held 2,423,637 shares 
representing 5.56 pct of Resbud's share capital 
    * After transactions conducted Oct. 20, Sloneczne Inwestycje 
lowered its stake in Resbud by 4.11 pct, to 1.45 pct
