Brief: Resbud consolidates shares

Nov 18(Reuters) - Resbud SA  RESP.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday that its shareholder meeting decided to 
consolidate its shares through increase in the nominal value of 
all shares from 0.1 zloty per share to 0.5 zloty per share 
without increasing the share capital 
    * Every 5 shares of the company of the nominal value of 0.1 
zloty per share will be exchanged for 1 series A share of the 
nominal value of 0.5 zloty 
    * Following the change, the company will have 8.7 mln series 
A shares
