Brief: Resbud plans to raise share capital through series B share issue

March 31 (Reuters) - Resbud SA  RESP.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday that its management revoked the 
resolution regarding its share capital increase about which it 
informed on Oct. 24  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL8N1CV1AU 
    * It also resolved to raise share capital to 6.5 million 
zlotys ($1.65 million) from 4.4 million zlotys through a private 
issue of 4.3 million of series B shares at the issue price of
