Brief: Sloneczne Inwestycje raises its stake in Resbud 32.11 pct

Aug 17 (Reuters) - Resbud SA  RESP.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that Sloneczne Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. 
acquired 11,656,150 shares representing 29.44 percent stake in 
the company  
    * After transactions conducted on Aug. 9, Sloneczne 
Inwestycje raised its stake in Sloneczne Inwestycje to 32.11 pct 
from 2.67 pct  
    * On Aug. 9 DAMF Invest SA sold 11.4 million shares of 
Resbud lowering its stake in company to 22.57 pct from 51.37 pct 
    * DAMF Invest SA is unit affiliated to Damian Patrowicz and 
Mariusz Patrowicz
